My passion for becoming a professional fitness trainer began with my own journey. After seeing and feeling what a healthy lifestyle can do beyond the physical benefits, I just had to share! My mother has numerous health conditions that could have been prevented with diet and exercise, which increased my interest and passion in pursuing active aging and functional training. I found empowerment and joy for an active lifestyle. I love exercising, I love teaching, and I love my students! I’m a stickler form, mobility and functional training are a must! Whatever your goals and reasons, we will collaborate and reach them together!
My coaching experience includes functional fitness, HIIT, bootcamp, TRX, spin, senior fitness, and personal training.
