Last Call Cardio Express-
This circuit-styled class aims to increase the heartrate and burn calories at a fast pace. The class is open to all fitness levels and provides a quick, effective workout.
A high intensity workout class focused on building strength and improving endurance. This class will give you a full body workout in a station-style atmosphere where you can push yourself. All exercises can be modified to meet your individual fitness level.
TABATA Interval Training-
Tabata Interval is a high intensity interval training, each interval consists of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise (as hard as you can go), followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated for eight rounds. This style of training will result in the burning of more fat and help with the boosting of metabolism.
Boxing for Fitness-
The class uses fighter0style techniques and disciplines to create a fun way to lose weight and build muscle. It is a high-intensity cardio class, mixed with strength and conditioning, along with intense core work. You don’t have to be a fighter to enjoy this class.
This is a high intense, full body workout that is delivered through suspension training equipment from TRX. Suspension training offers the ability to utilize the core through functional movements. It is a perfect mix of cardiovascular conditioning, and strength training, all in one great class. The class will push each participant to a higher level of physical fitness.
TRX suspension training equipment was created to provide a dynamic workout that will engage and enhance your core in a way you never have before. In this core class, you will specifically work the abdominal region utilizing the TRX, which will present a functional core challenge.
Intro to TRX-
This class offers a relaxed, learning atmosphere with basic training and terminology of the TRX straps and the benefits of suspension training. A perfect class for those first entering the world of TRX fitness.
Pump It Up-
A barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all major muscle groups by using weight room exercise like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and instructor with your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for.
This series of poses is based off the practice of Ashtanga Yoga that moves at a more aerobic rate of speed. Power yoga is great for strength training, and creating leaner, longer muscles. All levels welcome, equipment recommendations: yoga mat, yoga straps and/or yoga blocks.
Morning Stretch Yoga-
A series of yoga poses, with a focus on the sun salutation sequences, to wake you up, stretch you out and get you ready for the weekend! Traditional yoga poses will also be used in the class and will ensure students of all levels are challenged. Come check us out for a workout of a different type! Equipment recommendations: yoga mat, yoga blocks and/or yoga straps.
Body & Core-
A strength and conditioning class that incorporates strength training with body resistance, cardio burst and weighted equipment. This class is for all levels of fitness.
This class is uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals. The Spinning program delivers a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn, and personal challenge. The class is done at a self-directed pace to challenge all fitness levels.
